Predatory Marriage

As part of Dementia Action Week, the Lambeth Safeguarding Adults Board (LSAB) would like to raise awareness of Predatory Marriage in the context of diminished capacity. Joan Blass suffered from severe vascular dementia and was victim of Predatory Marriage. Her family have campaigned subsequently for the introduction of a new offence of Predatory Marriage among other measures.

National Stalking Awareness Week

As part of Lambeth’s wider 2021-2027 strategy to tackle Violence Against Women and Girls, LSAB invites you to observe National Stalking Awareness Week. Stalking can take many forms and is not just limited to physical instances but virtual ones too, like cyber-harassment, use of tracking applications or of domestic security cameras.
